Oh okay well i've never been able to not sign out

on topic I've been posting forever in this thread about this for like two months ,but I think i'm going to get herioc before the end of the year anyone agree.
Maybe, you might need to increase your activity. Your PPD is 6 try to get it up too 10 and you might have a higher chance to get heroic.

Oh it youst to be 13 I'll get it up again.

Does PPD include private groups?

I am not 100% sure but I believe it does not. I believe it looks at the dates between your "last posts by X" and divides 300 by that. That's why it is not an accurate way to determine total posts.

I am not 100% sure though.

I started posting in private groups few days ago and now I'm back to Heroic (lost it about a month ago).

Can a moderator see someone's warning history? Because I never got that Exalted prefix I was waiting for, and I haven't received a warning(nor ban) in three years. If I have, I never got a message about it. I'd like to have some clarification on the matter. Thank you.

You don't always gain a title on the exact day. I haven't been banned in almost 14 months, but I don't have the Honourable prefix yet. I'm sure you'll get it within a few months.

The 1 year idea is not an exact figure, just an estimate. As far posting in private groups it does effect your overall trust rating but the PPD calculators can't see them, it does not mean they are not factored.

Also mods can look at bans/warning history.

Get over yourself - drink vodka!

Hmmm... so randomly, I am Intrepid when I've been Noble forever and haven't received any bans or warnings (since the first week of this account).

Is Intrepid a higher priority than Noble or something?
I haven't been posting much in the mains (though tons in private groups, as usual), so I don't know where Intrepid comes from.

It makes sense. Intrepid is thought to be rewarded for a high post count. Whether these posts are in the forums or in groups is irrelevant. The Prefixes are numbered in the OP to show which ones take priority over the others when you qualify for more than one.

Ah.
I assumed 2 years w/o bans was more impressive than high post count, but I guess dormant accounts can come back from the dead and be Noble, so participation wins out.
Coolio. Glad to know I wasn't ghost-ninja banned or something lol.

Well yeah, it's kind of like you said. It doesn't take any effort to not get banned if you post only enough just to keep your account from being deleted.

Apparently, before your member title switches it reverts back to a previous member title.
I was a legendary member, then a heroic member, then back to a legendary member. This happened twice, then the next day I got intrepid legendary member.

Previous as in, the last one you had, or the title directly below yours?

The last one I had. Legendary member to Heroic member. It happened twice. Then, BAM, Intrepid Legendary Member.

That is probably just a coincidence. Your trust rating dipped enough, and maybe someone else's rose enough, that you fell to Heroic, but later on moved back up to Legendary. All the while, your post count became "high" enough to earn you Intrepid.

I wonder i'm a honorable member doesn't that imply that I should also be a heroic? They both require a 12 month active posting?

I have also been active for 2 almost three years, Ive had small warnings but those shouldn't affect my difficulty ranking rite?

The required times listed for base titles in the op are just guidelines. That is about how long it should take someone who is basically the ideal member to reach those titles. The true determining factor of your base title is your trust rating. It is created by some very complicated math, according to Achronos. It is a number that only the webteam can see. You should just try to be active and follow the rules, and you will move up eventually. But keep in mind that the title is not something to hope to attain; it is just a representative of a well behaved member.

I really don't have a problem with that. To a new member, a 500 page long thread seems pretty intimidating. And reading through all of the links to theories listed in the op is probably too much of a challenge for the younger, shallower thinking crowd. This has transcended thread-dom and become like a Q&A hub.

Watch out with that robot arm, you might rip your own.. gentlemanly parts.. off.

Despite posting more often than ever, I've lost my heroic status. My recent posts have been a fair bit about my dissapointment at Reach, does that get me bad rep? If so I may aswell hand in the towel now.

Activity is not particularly important to a base title. I've gone down due to increases in activity before. It is fairly common. What is more important is your behavior. If more posting means more bad posts, then you can expect to drop. Your criticisms of a game are probably not something the trust system is capable of detecting. It would be pretty messed up to take away someones title just because of their opinion. It's likely that you were involved in some unnecessarily heated arguments. That surely will drop your title, if done enough.

Nope, I usually drop a post, and maybe reply to someone who agrees, etc. I start threads, never had a warning and been here for over 3 years. Ahh well, a little title means nothing in the long run, just a little miffed at why I keep dropping.

You're not very active. You've only posted 300 times in the last two years, or about a post every two or three days. Post more often (even just a few times a day), and you'll definitely regain your title.

Did you drastically increase your activity recently (within 2-4 weeks)? Though this is all very mysterious, it is believed that the system will take away a title when something like that happens to ensure that you deserve it.

I'd bet money that you will get heroic back with about 1-2 weeks of steady activity.

I've actually been more active over the last few weeks, and seem to have droped overnight. Exalted proves my length of stay and behaviour, but ahh well. Wonder what did it, we'll never know :)

Where can I find my post count. If you are referring to my 300 LATEST posts, then its just that, the last 300 posts in my history.

Edit: I think I know where you are coming from in the fact that it shows two posts from 2008 into 2009 on the last page, but yesterday I was honourable, and before that a while back I think I was higher (not too sure on that one) so rather odd that I've gone down for being more active.
