Never give up on your dreams... unless you wanna be an astronaut.

Did anyone notice that a lot of people went up in titles yesterday?

We miss you Logan.
Ask any question. I'll help with anything on site or off.

I didn't.

Honestly, I didn't. Usually it is the fiets of every month when that happens.

What's up? You can call me Phil. I love to play Battlefield 3!

I don't know if mine was yesterday, but when I logged on a little earlier I was Legendary.

Yeah, but sadly I didn't... I really wouldn't mind being Mythic right now... *starts whistling*

Is there a reason that the Web Team doesn't give us more information on Titles?
Mostly to keep people from trying to figure out how to manipulate the system.

I can certainly see the results of that...

Gaining titles-Do they have to be continuous in a row?

Nah, people have gone from Member to Legendary before without ever having been Heroic. Not sure if any Heroic Members have ever gone straight to Mythic, though; I doubt it.

If I have been banned a lot in my past, can I ever even get Heroic status?

Yes. You just need to wait for the ban to wear off, and then regain those trust points. Be active (log on each day and post alot). Try not to get banned, I seem to get banned more often these days.

Noone decides if a post is good or not. When you post you gain trust points, however, when you break the rules (And a moderator finds out) they ban/warn you causing you to lose trust points. Posting and logging on everyday contribute, as account age contributes. I think posting in private groups even contributes.

Here for more information.

I really don't understand how to rack up trust points if their is no "like" button. Who decides if the post is good or not? I have been ban like 10 times in my past so will it possibly take a year just for Heroic. (Assuming if I don't get banned again. DAMN YOU FLOOD.) My most recent ban was JUST a week ban, like 2 weeks ago.

I now want to change my act and be positive on the community posting useful, contributing things.

With that much 'badness' over your head, it may pay to contach one of the Ninjas and see about possibly starting over with a fresh account.
Kudos to you for wanting to be on the positive end of stuff. too many whiners and trolls as it is.

There should be no reason to start over. The effects of bans are mostly temporary.

As for what constitutes a good post? One that doesn't get you in trouble.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

I've had 4 warnings and 2 bans (one 3 day and one 7 day) from 8/15/10 to 11/7/10. Before I was warned on 8/15, I was a Heroic Member and was absent for nearly two years after I was banned for 14 days sometime in late 2008. The highest status I've received was a Legendary Member. How long do you all think until I can become a Heroic member?

I'm assuming I'll regain my title by next March; on my fifth birthday. Considering my PPD and other factors.
