Just recovered my Honorable after about 3 months after a 3-day ban. Though I have been starting to use the sign out button in the past few weeks. It seems to work better that way.

EDIT: Just realised, this is the first time I've posted from a different PC in a while (and have switched networks two times today) Related?

Im still waiting for my title to return, I got a 3 day ban back in early September and lost my Noble Heroic title.

I've also had 3 warnings, for reference.

my title switches every month apparently...

oct = heroic
nov = nothing
dec = heroic

Does anyone even read these?

Exactly I no a new user if he had a question he wouldn't go looking threw this big thread looking for it.
No they would just read through the many theories linked in the OP> it also doesn't help when users (or the same user) posts the same question over and over again, as Yax has pointed out above.

I think every time we post are trust points go up ,or when ever we sign in our trust points get added up.

Really?
It says that in the OP.

Thall.

I wonder if trust points are given for making a hot topic, or getting replies in your thread. I'd guess not, since someone could easily make a biased music thread and get a hot topic.

We know that posting in groups helps our trust points (And activity), but does it count towards post-related prefixes? (Intrepid/Fabled).

I don't think the post would count as one post, maybe every four or five count as one.

I've seen a few Fabled members that only post in groups, so yes you can get and maintain a prefix by posting in groups. Also I think when you post a thread and it becomes a hot topic, at the end of the month the ranking system would give you a trust point bonus. (But that's just my theory)

Well you were probably active for most of October, and then when November came along you didn't post that much. Just try to post ten post a day, also have you been banned/warned recently? (Because that could be a reason)

Take a step back with me and enjoy a taste of the bittersweet that is our current generation.

I enjoy Battlefield and Call of Duty, and Gears of War.

20 years old, manager of my family's business, aspiring officer of the law.

I love anything political.

It's been exactly 1 year today that I recieved my last ban, and it was due to switching accounts.

Here's a question, and later a bit of testimony:
Do I recieve my honorable today, tommorrow, or when my ban history resets or w/e on January 1?

I'll reply back when it occurs and perhaps we will have a concrete and certain fact, if we already do not.

I am not sure, you should definitely get it soon. It might be a year after the ban expires.

Now it's really strange.
After being a good boy for some time, I'm back to legendary. Instantly. God, trying to actually understand this will destroy one's brain.

From what sources have informed me, your ban history resets on the 1st of every month, so it's normal to earn your title back near then.

And a very few member of those, who literally skipped his heroic status and jumped right into legendary action.

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

Well, the length of the ban also plays a role in how long it will take to recover.

And Norber, you joined 6 1/2 months ago, don't expect anything to happen, Heroic takes closer to a year for most.

You can't expect to get a title when you've barely been here half a year unless you're really active.

Yes, I was being a bit of an ass and got a Warning form Duardo.

Exactly. Just give it some time and you'll become a Heroic Member soon enough. Patience, young one.

I am very active actually... I'm more than a regular...

  • 12.02.2010 3:50 PM PDT

Well, it's only been six months. Even though Durado says around 6-12 months to become Heroic that's only an estimate. It may take a longer or shorter time period for other users.

Wow, I just checked, you are pretty active. 300 posts over the last three days, woah. How long have you been this active, though? Random sporadic bursts of activity don't help much; you've got to be consistently active.

Pretty consistent within the past 3 months... I was very active during the Reach Beta, then went away, then came back closer to Reach... lastfrag went around and I sheltered in teh flood... What am I still doing here?
