If this is the state of my art, then I secede.

Noble. That is all.

How did you manage to get two accidental bans?
People hate me.

I went outside today. The graphics were AMAZING. The gameplay WASN"T.

Maybe I should cry for help
Maybe I should kill myself
Blame it on my ADD baby

I recently got my "Honourable" title, which surprised me as I have had several warnings in the past few months...

No change for me...

Pretty sure Honorable, relies heavily on bans > warnings.

That is exactly what it relies on.

I heard someone say once (paraphrasing here) "Multiflag on Blood Gulch with your friends is what makes Halo, Halo." I GUARANTEE that more people agree with that sentiment than "Getting a 50 in MLG is what makes Halo, Halo." - Oboewan42

So today I went from Noble Heroic to Exalted Heroic... Where's the legendary at?

Just keep being Active and you should get Legendary very soon. Theres no way of telling exactly when you will get it tho.

Atm, this system is confusing as hell lol. I meet the qualifications for exalted, so I'm guessing I should then meet at least legendary, but more likely mythic. But oh well, I just have to keep myself from giving in to the urges to troll in the Reach forum.

3. Noble - Active member for 2 years, with no bans for at least 1 year. If banned/warned, you may or may not keep the title, depending on length/number of bans.

8. Exalted - No bans/warnings in 3 years

Legendary Member
* title bar color is light-gray
** active member for about 1-2 years

If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes should fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

Consistent activity is usually needed. You have an old account which goes a long way, but if you don't log in daily and post it may take longer to move up to Legendary/Mythic

Have you always been as active as you have been lately?

To get Exalted you don't need to have any activity at all, as long as your account doesn't delete. You just need to go three years without any bans/warnings (under normal circumstances).

Your 300 post history only goes back two weeks which is why I ask whether you have always been this active. You must not have been, otherwise you would be Legendary.

I was active 2 years, stopped in 09. A lot of my post history is gone for some reason. There's practically nothing relating to the Halo 2 forum even though I was most active in it during '07-08.

EDIT: Ah nevermind, I did post in the Halo 2 and Halo 3 forums on this account, but most of my activity in Halo 2's had been on another account I've since forgotten.

@Helveck

Just an Average Joe...

I'm going to have to say you're hitting the head on the nail here Spudster. Last year at this time I hit Noble and then Intrepid later in the year, seemingly randomly. Now, today I hit Exalted.

With the three warnings on this account from over a year ago, it will be interesting to see if I become Exalted in 3-4 days. I doubt I will :(
Not going to happen, you have yo go three years without any Bans/warnings.
I wouldn't be so sure if I were you. The 1 / 2 / 3 year rule for the Honorable / Noble / Exalted prefixes, respectively, only seem to apply to users who have never been banned or warned. Once a user has been banned or warned, the time it takes for them to obtain the same ban related prefix is dependant upon the severity of the ban.

Also, New Years day seems to have a "slate cleaning" affect. I predict that a large amount of users will gain a ban related prefix during the first couple days of January, as that is what happened last year. I am not too certain about Jumbus' case, but it is very possible that he could gain the Exalted prefix on one of those days.

Pretty sure you now have the highest possible member tittle someone can get. Congrats.

  • 01.01.2011 10:15 PM PDT

So I got my Honorable title as well, I was Legendary Member. A couple of days ago I got demoted to Heroic Member however I received a minimal 3 day ban some months ago and I'm pretty sure warnings is something I use to get the most and has been the most recent. How come I have this title? Not complaining for having it, though I'd love to be Honorable Legendary Member instead.

PS: I'll try to be active to recover my Legendary title if that works.

The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

As you waste your breath complaining about life, Someone out there is breathing their last. Appreciate what you have.

If you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything.

I delinked my gamertag a few weeks ago and it dropped me down from Heroic. Is it likely to take me alot longer to rank back up now?

If you post your normal ammount or more then you should get Heroic back in a month, depending on your account history.

Chances are that you are hovering around the heroic/member border, so it shouldn't take you too long to rank up.

Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive anyway.

Australia

Yup like most people are saying, I went 'up' today to Noble.

Finally got a prefix, 'Noble', after 2 years ,5 months and 18 days.

Two years activity and a year without a ban seems about right.

Hmm, lots of people have been promoted today then?

Yeah, seems like it. Especially concerning the honorable/noble titles. I got promoted to noble today as well.

Does anyone know if bans/warnings extend the time until you can become a Mythic member? These bans/warnings would already be worn off though.

What are we supposed to be discussing here?

"Nothing in the 'Verse can stop me."

Im just waiting for something new. Just not a lower rank I might add.

Judging by your post history, I would think that you would need to be a little more active to become a mythic. Though I'm sure you could almost easily get Intrepid since you've been here a long time.

Bans an warnings always extend the time till a title is earned.
