For the record, I would tap that like like it was put-put golf. Like a college student opening a beer keg. Like a phone in the cold war. Like an oil company in a nature reserve. Like a goddamn telegraph.

I'm intrepid now, post count of 9000. I think it's based on activity and post count.

Probably one's posts per day combined with account age. Perhaps some kind of ratio of the two?

How do you know its 9000? Or was that a joke?

Come on, it's 300 pages back, you think I read the whole thread?
It is literally the second link/sentence in the OP.

I have nothing to say in my defense and I am clearly in the wrong then. I'll make sure to keep my posts more relevant to what GETS the actual titles.

Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

If you're multiplying your PPD by your account age, that doesn't work.

I was warned over two months ago, but I haven't gotten my rank back. Is there like an approximate time lapse before this happens (Considering the member gets on every day and posts now and then)? lol Chances are, I'll get it back like tomorrow.

Well you only post about 3 post a day, usually if you post around 8 post a day you would get your title back. So post a little bit more everyday.

I'm sure this will just be lost in the flood of posts - but I'll throw it out there anyways;

My last Ban was a 3day auto ban (from logging onto a perma-ban account by accident) on July 22
Until this week (last checked Saturday before today) i was a normal member - and shot right back up to Legendary...

So possibly a ban's influence on your title lasts 200 days

(I just found that the exact 200 days was a little coincidental)

Wow, I post 3 a day? Last I checked, I posted like 0.8 a day... lol Thanks though. I'll try to get it up I guess. I usually spend a lot of my time in Private Groups.

It seems to take 2 1/2 weeks for a warning to shed. That's how long it was for my last warning, and it's been over 2 months for me so far without the warning wearing off as well. When was yours?

I'll assume you lost your Legendary status. You need to stay active (that includes posting) and staying out of trouble. Now, with your date last banned... I'll just assume that whoever claimed your lost status now has a pretty tight grip on it by now. But that doesn't disregard all the other legendaries running around. Eventually, you will receive your old rank. /assuming you lost legendary

I was an Intrepid Heroic Member then i delinked my GT and became a Intrepid Member, then i got banned and became a Member.

About an hour after my ban was lifted yesterday i became a Intrepid Member again, which surprised me. Heroic would take ALOT longer now though, right?

Im fairly sure that the PPD counter only counts your last 300 posts, because thats all that are recorded. So unless you have only ever made 300 posts in your account history, it isn't that accurate. Its better than nothing, but it can't be seen as exact.

Never if you are mythic, you guys smell funny.

After getting promoted to legendary, twice i have risen in title, both times i made quite a few topics just before getting a new title, so they must be the key.

Exactly!
Thats why no one knows how many posts you need to get Intrepid or Fabled.

Yes. It depends on how long the Ban itself was and how many Bans/Warnings you have had in the past. Its said that most small bans take 4 to 5 months to recover from, but the only ones who know for sure on how the system works is the Web Team, and their not telling.

The real question is how did you figure all this out?
Duardo did a recent observation and collect data from each and maybe all of the member of bungie.net

Using the data he record, he figures a way the patterns in those data he collected, and then extract some of the result that leads the data.

That's about it. It's all science ;)

Hm, so I was banned about 1 year ago. I'm pretty sure this account was a Noble Heroic, so since it's nearly a year do you think I'll get Noble back? The ban was a 2 week so maybe it was too severe, that was my only ban. Do you reckon it'll come back?

I think it goes by when your ban was lifted, but I'm probably wrong on that. I'm not even sure you'll get it back, most times when people do get it back it comes rather soon after the ban going away (or have the effect worn off later).

Because the script counts your last 300 posts. I can post 300 times in 5 days, and multiple that PPD (30) by my account age (over 800 days), and it'll be a huge number, which is most likely off. There is no accurate way of seeing how many posts you have total. Even if I only posted 5 times before those days, my post numbers, to you, would be high.

Something else on that: when I was 1 year old, and had a PPD of 30, my posts total, using your method, was over 9,000. Using your method now, it is just over 6,000.
