So now I'm a beta tester. Let's see where this goes.
I haven't been on in a while so these prefixes are pretty new to me. But after looking at them for a while I have to say that I just don't get titles anymore. I mean back before we had them I advocated for them strongly, because I thought they be a nice reward for those of us that mined our manners. At the time I had the idea that someone could be a "member" or a "trusted member"; simple but validating. I mean until you start handing out moderating powers, how much trust do you really need to assign to someone? However when the actual system was implemented it was given multiple levels of trust with which most people seemed pleased to have. However, it is not very intuitive. So in order to help people out Duardo started this thread. Sadly most of the explanations were (and still are) open ended because the system was meant to be esoteric (something I agree with on a certain level).
Now we have prefixes that amount for some other form of trust that couldn't be included, or just wasn't included, in the original trust system. Also, prefixes added another layer of abstract meaning to an already complex system.
In the end, after reading everything in the OP and everything in the multiple links included, I am left with more questions than answers. I'm sorry but does the trust system really need to be this convoluted?
