Yes, and if you stick around and keep a clean history you will gain a higher title in time. However, it definitely will take longer then Batzter and mike. They have had plenty of bans, but because they have older accounts(which calculates to higher trust), it won't take as long for them to regain trust when it will take awhile for you to become a Heroic Member because you have a somewhat new account.

Okay, if this maths formula of Achronos's is right, I can effectively become something other than just a member, even though I've been banned 8 times, as I can be relatively helpful and kind. Is that correct?

Can you believe it?

Do the titles have any thing to do with a linked gamertag? Because I was heroic earlier today and when I signed in later I was an Intrepid Legendary. I just linked a gamertag to this account a day ago.

I would have to guess yes a linked gamertag is a factor. Back in February I was going in between member, and heroic member(without a linked tag), and when I finally linked a silver account I am now bouncing up and down between heroic member and legendary member.

Depends, on how well your mature level is.
It's all about the Trust rating. Getting bans could hurt your account leveling, really bad.

Probably. I have been banned and warned before and I got mine back a few months after my last ban.

If you are referring to the Prefix priorities, then if you qualify for more than one prefix your title will acquire the one with the higher priority on the list (list is located on the OP of this thread). For example if you qualify for both the Honorable Prefix and the Intrepid Prefix, you will acquire the Intrepid Prefix.

No i meant how was that list worked out? How do they know which is higher? Because some of it seems wrong.

Hmm, this thread helped. I was wondering why i was an honorable member and what the prefix meant.

But then it all depends on what type of member you are!! My bans were stupid things that i got caught up in, threads i replied in yet were deemed spam?? so i took it on the chin lol But you only learn from your mistakes and now i watch which threads i post in!!

There are many powers in the world, for good or for evil. Some are greater than I am. Against some I have not yet been measured. But my time is coming.

I believe that he was referring to the order and level of the prefixes. If I understood correctly, then he doesn't think that the prefixes are ordered how they should be.

Oh. I don't know if there is an actual answer. It's all subjective.

Alright I have a question. I go on Bungie.net every day, and I used to post tons of threads, and replies. As of late due to time constraints, I can only post in my groups now though. Do I still count as "active"?

Without me, it's just "Aweso".

Well first of all, i don't think i have seen more than one or two elder or senior members.

Senior - older; of higher or the highest standing
I have seen one or two senior members, but many Veteran members. If someone has a link to a senior member, can we check their join date compared to a Veteran member?

I think bungie.net recognises when you've signed in so even if your signed in your still an "active" member? Correct me if i'm wrong
Thanks

I am (was) Legend!

Bring Back Head to Head!!
Does it really matter how many people play it as long as you dont have to maintain servers?

i do not understand what you mean. bungie can determine any criteria that they would like to use to award member titles. no matter what requirements they select in the automatic system, it will be fair and even in how it operates. if they want to make mythic members out of people who have had an account for 2 months, they could do so. or, if they want to only give the title to members with accounts of 3 years or older with 5 pages of total posts, then they can do so (this happens to be how things look now).

as far as i can gather, they made it so longer membership times were required to earn the various titles.

This stuff seems like it could be really helpful info.
Also I used to be a Legendary member, but was not active on this forum for probably over a year, didnt have as much time as I used to. But now I've been getting on more again, so who knows?
