Why not stop by my File Share while you're here?

~Long Live Halo 2
Only regret is I didn't play more of it.

If you haven't noticed by now, I'm sort of a jerk.

This. It took me 3 months after I got Intrepid to get Fabled. And that was posting about 15 times a day.

Salty chip posts too much. If he gets fabled 2 weeks after intrepid.

Nahhh, it just means that they're really close together.

You sure about that? I really think fabled requires a lot more posts.

Well... who knows? I mean, it's pretty hard to tell the difference from a "High Post Count" and a "Very High Post Count".

Some people still do not have fabled and post as much as you.

“Oh, it’s a little bit of everything, it’s the mountains, it’s the fog, it’s the news at six o’clock, it’s the death of my first dog, it’s the angels up above me, it’s the song that they don’t sing, It’s a little bit of everything.”

Weren't people, not so long ago, saying that Fabled and Intrepid were based off of total post count rather than PPD?

Who the hell do you think I am?

PPD has never had anything to do with your total post count, and you should not refer to it if you wanted to see how high your post count is. It's not even the actual post count, it's just some sort of average.

Intrepid and Fabled have to do with forum and group activity

Aha!

True, but I guess when it says activity, it just means just being in groups. As we've already proven that just being in groups greatly affects your base title, but that's not what we're talking about here.

Anyway, what else could it mean? I believe it says right there, that group posts count towards those titles.

I suspect llamas are secretly wizards. I <3 poptarts n' milk. I like me. Grimick is defined as: a logical parodox, the act of funnaling a potato down your throat, and a deliciously flavored muffin (with pecons and blueberries). Norway is the Swedish word for 'moron'. My sister has cancer, so i get to use handicap parking and cut small children in line at Disneyland.

"Don't eat doughnuts on thin ice."

"The pancake, my friend, has officially been flipped."

Wait it does? Group activity counts towards base titles? I'm really interested... Sources Plz?

If I am not posting, then I am reading what you might have posted.

Duardo just posted a link, look up! ^^^

And also I do believe joining groups helps as well.

But he says nothing about base titles being affected by private group activity.

Posting in groups is basically the same as posting in the mains.

I'll take your word for it then. Thanks for the help, that makes me feel better about groups :)

All I can say is that I doubt that posting in groups alone would give you a higher title, based on that test. And that that post doesn't mention post per day or post count in groups, just group activity.

Just enjoy both and i'm sure you will be fine and rank at an acceptable speed, besides, forum titles don't really mean anything. It's not like getting new armor. (lol) Not a real thing. I forgot what I was talking about... Ok i'm hitting submit now.

  • 01.19.2012 10:58 PM PDT

I'm gonna attempt to start a new trend...

I believe I qualify for:

-Honorable
-Veteran
-Noble
-Intrepid
-Fabled
-Exalted

Sorry, I think I am equally confused by that post :)

What I mean is don't worry about wether or not Private Groups rank your title up, just enjoy whatever forum you are posting in.

Oh. Don't worry about us worrying, because we aren't. :D
It's just random discussion of things that don't really matter for the heck of it.

That pretty much defines most of my discussions, so no problem there :D
