...sucked. it was so dumb and pointless, and the fact it was filmed by a 6 year old with a $12 camera didnt help it out.

well, at least i also rented Shaun of the Dead, so my day wasnt totaly ruined.

i dont know where you consider "your own" but ya...

the water scenes where beutiful, but whenever it had the main characters, the camera was like watching a home video.

Everything will be gone long before me. When the first living thing was born, I was here, waiting. When the last living thing dies, my job is finished. I'll put the chairs on the tables, turn out the lights and lock the universe behind me when I leave.

speaking of movies...........I saw Anchorman(sp?) for the 2nd time, yesterday. Man oh Man was that boring, it wasn't funny at all 'sept for the part where they are like "Yea, Brick, you killed a guy!" "Yea I stabed him in the heart, and i lit a guy on fire" or something like that.

To me that movie represents a huge step in freeing the strong hold put on the Movie industry by Film/Kodak/high production value, and the fact that it was shot in Digital for a budget of less than $1000, yet it was a huge release should scare the crap out of these dumb directors/producers who make big-"Blockbuster", super-high production value, poorly scripted movies, I can think of several. Or maybe it's just that I make movies as a student, but plan to do it in the future.

its not so much that, but this is lot like an independant film. Ya know, mediocre acting, low budget, etc etc. I love independant films, but this was being portraid as an actual movie, wich it wasnt really. It pissed me off, it was like a grab for cash.
