I think halo 2 should have an option that is set up in the lobby before a game begins. Cetain players can have their health raised and lowered, and their shield strength can be selected e.g. 100%-400%

It would be like the game option for setting starting health and shields, except it could chosen idividually for each person. This could even some games out, or even create some new games. For example, one person on each team has no shield and low health, each team has to defend there vip, whilst trying to kill the other teams vip

I suppose so, but i was mostly thinking of lan games, what if it was included, but it counted as a game option so you could see it on a server before you join, then just dont join the server. It wouldnt happen in lan games, cause you play them with mates.

I disagree that handicaps are for sissy players, because i didnt say it was just for evening out games, it could create new games. The people i play with dont mind loosing, and neither do i. People shouldnt get upset because they lost a game and if tehy always loose the game then they should either not play it or get better.

Yes this would be a good idea but what if you could change the gametype in the lobby?

How is creating new games a handicap?

You tell me fishy, cause i never said that.

I said if player handicaps could be set then people could make their own new games. But also they can just set handicaps if they want a different type of slayer where one team has crap health. Maybe if you could select starting equipment aswell, one team could have rocket launchers only, but standard health, and teh other team could have smg only but maximum health and shields (Something like 400% shield in the old halo i think)

yeah i hope you could do something like that. I REALLY ENJOY playing games that arent even supposed to be in a game like cat and mouse on PGR2 and ladder matches on RS3. But bungie have there own gametype editing mode which just plain rocks

well type a little clearer next time so i dont get confused. the way u worded that lead me to belive that u thought handicaps create games.

he meant you could USE the handicaps to vary the game alittle i.e. make the team with more players have less health to balance it or something?
