Why do you sign your post when it says right there who wrote it? Anyway, That would not work cause everone would still just post in the recognition category and Ninjas don't have time to waste moving all the threads.

Im not sure why i do that. And if the mods on the forums would scan it more often they could move the shots to their appropriate places.

I really do see what your saying but you should be allowed to post these dumb glitches all the time on there and easter eggs that have been found already like a month before. Know what im saying?

I am so tired of spending my time looking through my videos to get a good screen shot. When i got to post them on the site there are so many garbage shots on there. Dumb glitches where you are thin and stretched, eggs on levels, and just all around dumb screen shots. I know people have the right to post their shots and are entitled to their opinion on whether its good or not but its gone to far. They are just bumping all the good screen shots down and they do not get any recognition for their work while other people glitch then take a picture and literally spam the forum with this nonsense. I thought of a way to solve this problem and it would be to make 2 forums for screen shots and/or videos. One can be for people trying to get some recognition for their shots they worked on and the other is for people to post "funny" or goody shots on. Who here honestly agrees with me. It would be nice for some bungie feedback as well.

Being a leader comes with a reasonable price. You're expected to Lead those around you to victory, bring them home safely, or, as in most cases, a combination of the two. You must be fearless, yet cautious, and must always keep a level head even in the most dangerous of situations. Name's War. Welcome to the team.

I would still think it would make more sense for 2 forums for screen shots for people trying to get some shots out there in hopes for favorites or for recognition and the other for funny shots or for glitches. The user can decide where to put their screen shots.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

I hope you aren't saying that you want a forum dedicated for Bungie Favorites applicants. That's not how either system, the Files Forum or Bungie Favorites, works; not that it would make things any better if that's how they were run.

No no no an only bungie favorites forum would be overrun instantly and would make the problem worse. Im just saying 2 forums for the user to decide. one for serious and other for fun. Like ranked and social =P

Idk i am just tired of being pushed to the bottom of the forum for screen shots of a stretched master chief.

You say tomato; I say potato.

I figured the file forums worked more like Youtube. I would post a screen shot and send the link to my friends. Then I would check back every now and then to see the comments. The only time I ever go into the forum page is to pass time and/or report spam.

Sorry louge accidentally reported your post. But still a stretching glitch might seem cool to some people but bumping it to the top is bad. Also i doubt a "glitch" will be put on bungie favorites and also Achronos said they're better ways to get your file share noticed than the files forum.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

Stretchy Master Chief is awesome! Haha, I can't get enough. Hopefully one gets chosen for "Bungie Favorites" soon.

Regardless of whether that statement is true, that could be the opinion of someone else (or many other people) here. You see, your definition of what is "good" and what's not is not universal. I'm not saying your shots are "bad" or "good," but with the way it is, everybody has an equal opportunity to share their pictures.

i def. agree with you about being tired of being pushed to the bottom, but chances are bungie DID actually see it. Look how many times Recon has posted in this thread alone, and also how many bans he has done. They are out there and actively assassinating people as we speak. We've all been there, something we considered amazing is just overlooked in these forums for newer posts with screaming title names like " I HAS PWN THE NOOBS" and things like that. Just be patient man, keep taking great screenshots, submit them and follow the rules, and eventually you will be on there im sure. I looked at a couple of yours, and i thought they were pretty decent. Screenshots should bring you PERSONAL gratification, something you look at and remember, "yah, i totally ruled at that moment."

If you're taking screenshots for the possible opportunity to be placed in Bungie's favorites, maybe it's time you re-evaluate your motives. The whole point of screen shots is to allow yourself to capture and save fun/funny/crazy moments from your Halo playing experience and maybe share these moments with a few of your friends. The forum there allows people to share their moments with others and despite what you may think, yours probably aren't the best. The screen shot forum allows people to critique other's work and compare screenshots. The whole concept behind it is that it should be somewhat self regulating. If people appreciate your shot, they'll post. Otherwise, it'll sink to the bottom.

While i agree w/ your post in general, the last two sentences...not so much. The sheer volume of crap dumped on that forum means that your screenshot will be buried in seconds
