I just fired up "Halo 2" on my Xbox 360 for the first time in about 6 months. When I did, it said the game required an update. So I downloaded the update and the game restarted. After restarting, I signed in to Xbox Live and I got the following error message:

File Damaged
Content you've downloaded is damaged and not usable. Please try downloading it again.

Then, when I tried to play a match, it said: "You are missing a map required by this playlist. It may be available for download."

Of course, I downloaded all the map packs ages ago. But even so, I tried to re-download them just to be safe. However, it would only let me re-download the Blastacular pack. The others appear to be dimmed out and just beep when I try to select them.

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas? The only noteworthy detail I can think of is that I switched to a 120 GB hard drive a few months ago. I've had no other problems with the file transfer, however, so this seems unlikely.

If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

My brother just had this problem. Completely delete ALL Halo 2 data off your hard drive, and then re-download it. It will work after that.
