i just recently upgraded to a Geforce FX 5700 LE.. Halo PC runs fine, except some of the graphics are very "flickery" and never constantly stay on screen.. images like banshee smoke trails, sentinel lasers, and the red/blue flags are kinda jumpy. i have the latest drivers, and have tried messing with refresh rates and multiple display settings but nothing seems to help. any ideas?

The card should be able to handle Halo whether it's the 128 or 256 version. I mean, it's like a year old or so, right? I know nVidia cards have problems with Halo:PC. One of the biggest problems is new drivers. I've heard that the nw drivers for nVidia cards have issues with Halo. Can anybody else confirm this?

You might want to just roll them back.

ok i installed older drivers, problem solved. i wonder why the new drivers wouldn't work with this game? maybe i'll bring it up to nvidia's attention.

i thought the "colored blob" is how it was supposed to be.. kind of like Predator. play Halo on Xbox and it's the same way.

You 'upgraded' to a 9200? From what, a pocket calculator? The active camo effect doesn't work on anything below a 9600.

Will Halo work with a Geoforce 6600 GT (128mb PCI-Express) or an Abit RX600 Pro-Guru (256mb PCI-Express)
