How nice would it be to have a "Send Friend Request" button on here? So like if someone is saying "Send me a FR and we'll play some Team Doubles," or "I need help with skulls, send me a FR if you can help," or "If you want to join my clan, send me a FR," then instead of checking to see what their gamertag is, then writing it down, then going to XBL, then sending them the request, you can just do it right here from the site! Would this be a cool idea, and should a site admin consider implimenting this?

It would be a very nice feature if this were implemented. It would be easier for people to form clans and allow people to fill their friends lists (for custom game purposes) with relative ease.

Surrender? I've never heard of such. Defeat? Not a possibility! Why...why I will fight and fight and fight, until I am victorious, or I am dead? Because that is who I am, and that is why I fight; everyone will see that, when I am proclaimed greatest among men.

The Flood AdviceCenter- Where you can talk about stuff people usually want to, but can't, in The Flood.

First, they'd have to have their GT linked, but people could also abuse it and click on every single person. And bungie(.net) staff would get about 576,439 requests a day, in addition to the 38,625 messages they get.

hahaha, yeah pretty much.

Though if you could toggle that feature off for your profile, I'd be in total agreement that it would be a good idea.

I'm not going to dispute that there is a possibility of this happening. I'm just going to say one thing: Do the benefits outweigh the disadvantages? I think they do.

Great idea! I agree, on one condition:

You can just do it off of xbox.com. it's fairly easy to do all you need to know is there GT so it is possible to have. It would be nice ONLY if you could turn it off on your profile.

Campiagn Kill Count :31,745. And growing.

The Revisionaries- One of the greatest screenshot groups on B.net. With 250 members and growing.

I like it. There was someone I was talking to who I told to send me a freind request, but he didn't, and now I don't know who he is and can't find him. If there had been a freind request button, I wouldn't have had to look around for him, seeing that I would have added him in the first place.

Trailer Park Boys ~ One of the best Canadian made comedies ever.

This is a waste of resources and development time if you ask me.

Just go to their B.net profile and click on their gamercard in the top right. Then sign in and you have the options to send a friend request, send message, ect from Xbox.com

Sorry man but ReZeNeR is right. It is sort of a waste of resources and development time. The only things that really need to be added to this website are things that the web team feels appropriate, and like everything else in here. It can be abused to hell and back. You wouldn't want some random person sending you Friends requests all the time would you?

I don't really mean to suppress the idea to the extremes. I actually believe that every idea should be noted and tested on a lot of categories then judged through a series of many processes. But this one doesn't seem very, if not then extremely necessarily in my opinion. Just do what Rez said. Thats what Xbox.com is for.

Taxes do nothing to affect the share of wealth, since taxes are only applied to income.

So that's not even a part of the conversation at all, so it's pointless talking about it....

"for a "best" moral to exist, there must exist the "best" moral base. If the base of morality varies from location to location, culture to culture...then there can't be an absolute moral..

Oh god no, I get enough as it is. *edit* If there was an option to prevent people from sending you one, then ok.

You're right in terms of it being easy enough to manage on Xbox.com but I don't think it would be that hard to implement although I'm not a website wizard. Bungie has the man power and it would be useful so why not as long as there is as people have picked up on a way of turning the feature on and off via your profile. I would like to see the feature.

Hey weren't you the guy on youtube in Trigs vids? Lol, couldn't resist ;-)

Like everyone else said if there was a way to shut it off if you wanted to then it would be alright. Otherwise people would probably be spamming everyone with friend requests, and that would get real old real fast.
