I personnaly dont liek the whole "two or three shots after your shields are down" What the hell good is fancy Mjolnir armor if it only works when shields are up?

theres gonna be a health bar they just took it off the videos so you could see the whole screen and nothing would be blocked

About health bars, I really I'm fine with them or without them...

Without them is more realistic (as long as you can still receive one or two shots without shields before dropping to the dirt like in Halo 1)

The worst implementation, I think it's the tracker for the RPGs... eliminates that sense of superiority that u feel when you board a vehicle in Halo 1... (since I haven't played Halo 2, I won't b¡tch too much about it, because maybe it's a good implementation).

No health bar would definitely be frekin -blam!-. I love no sheilds+default weapons@hang'em'high. I play that like no other. I WILL KILL MYSELF IF HALO 2 HAS NO HEALTH BAR!!!

The only thing that bugged me was no evidence of improved ragdoll physics for dead bodies. I know it's just a cosmetic change, but how the bodies came to rest in Halo:CE was nothing short of laughable. Bungie, your heart was in the right place, but don't only do a half-a**ed job of it. Do it right, or leave it alone and let bodies just lay flat or force them to not touch any kind of sloped object or wall.

The other things seem fine. No health-bar doesn't mean no health. Take the time to find out a little more about the play at E3, and you'll know. Chances are, the health-bar of the HUD is still in development (several aspects have already changed slightly since E3).

There is a site called kikzo.com (that is not the real site name, I forgot what the it is really called) and you can watch whole videos of people playing halo 2 at E3 (Sinbad was there) and they had a health bar, and after it depleted, like 2 or 3 shots could be taken and you where down.

Well that was their shields, not health. But anyway, the HUD isn't finished and there are many things still up for debate within Bungie, however, Marty O'Donell has said (not exact quotes because he wasnt quoted in the story) that they might leave out the health bar because of how they noticed people playing Halo. The only thing that matters to me is that many Halo fanatics got to play the MP demo and NO one....NO ONE complained about the health, they ALL said they never noticed it after a few minutes and that it actually sped up the gameplay. It was still fun, and the game will not be ruined by a lack of dots on your screen.
