Civility. To me, that is the key.
The reason that trumps everything, in my opinion, is that even if a topic has been discussed before, the conversation is going to be much different when people are civil rather than 90% of what goes on here, where the conversation degrades into "Well, my rank is higher than yours" or, "You don't understand how good players play the game".
These forums could be a lot more interesting if people knew how to be civil, and knew the difference between debating and arguing.
