I recently tried to download a gameplay video for Halo 3 to replay one of the games I played and did well at. I thought at first it would download to my computer so I could watch it, however I found out that it would go to my 360 instead after clicking it. I don't have a harddrive for it as of yet because I got the arcade bundle for xmas. Because of this issue I'm unable to download the video and it stays in "queue" for download every time I log on. Here's where the problem is. There's nothing in the active downloads on the dashboard, or in the Halo 3 game in file share or active downloads to remove it. Every 5-10 mins (haven't sat there to time it) it pops up saying "Unable to download...." and I have to press A to continue. Many of you realize that any break in a game that pauses your actions can mean your death... this is very bad for me. Is there a way to remove this download? I've tried removing items from the memory and it still pops up. And just to reassure you, there's nothing in the downloads/file share sections of the game or dashboard. Please help, it's driving me crazy.

Good question indeed. I'm looking into it.

I am looking into it, but as for now I cannot not guarantee a solution to resolve this issue. My suggestion, at the moment, would be to contact the Xbox Live Technical Support Team, which may be found at this page here, for further assistance. If you are having trouble over the phone simply because the person assisting you obtains a lack of knowledge, kindly ask to speak to a supervisor.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

Go here and select 'Clear Download Queue'. This will then delete all items you have ready to download to your Xbox 360, thus, ridding you fo the problem.

Oops... I assumed he had already tried that. Yeah, that would solve the problem.
