ya, gotta know who you are...
There are two things in particular that I think could be better.
When viewing "all posts by this user" you see the list in individual posts. The list for an active member can be overwhelming. A long list like that will turn me away, unless I am really digging. I think it would be better to see this list by threads not by posts. Like the list of forums displayed when pressing the community tab except with threads. Each one showing the user's last post in that thread like, the latest post displayed for a particular forum. The list of threads could be sorted by the date of the last post, or alphabetically. User discretion on the order sorting of the list would be useful as well. Options like those mentioned already in addition to others like category, threads you have both posted in, or anything else you can think of.
Secondly when submitting to the community file share with screenshots or maps/gametypes, your post may be seen by few or none at all. It can very easily be pushed to the back of the list where no one will ever see it. I don't look past the third or fourth page, if even past the first, most of the time. Since that forum is often(dare I say) spammed by lame screenshots, it can be hard to actually find a good screen that is worth reviewing or posting about. This problem has more has more to do with the screenshots forum. How do you get your submission seen by others without breaking the "7th" law about bumping.
What to do?
The static width of this site's layout doesn't allow for any other method other than listing the submissions vertically. By way of nesting, they could be categorized by type of shot(aesthetic or plain-gameplay[less focused on composition]), level, gametype, character/armortype, action, scenery. There are many possibilities.
These are the first things that came to mind.
