I use the report as spam button to get rid of spam. I'm less concerned about recognition or rewards.
Although this is the model answer my thread was just an enquiry as to whether it helps to feed the trust system and if (super)people notice if you are being a good community member. This is not a do i get recon nowz thread, although I'd like it ;-)

(this is not in any way a retort, if you interpreted it in that way, it is hard to word what I am trying to say without it seeming like I am arguing with you, sorry if that is how you saw this post)

Haha, its chill buddy. I sound like a jerk in my post too :-)
Yeah, I dunno if it has anything to do with it, but I really like the addition of the button.

While we're on the subject though, for those of you who use it.... what's your impression about the results?

Has anyone noticed an overall difference? A specific result? Any impact, change, or effect?

Somewhat.
I have reported threads and come back to the forum a few minutes later to see them locked. But for every spam thread that gets locked, it seems two more take it's place...
I am very glad it's here though, I think in the end it really does help.
