Bungie Anywhere

Bungie Anywhere is just a simple addition to firefox that anyone can do.
This means that you will be able to select any bungie.net menu from anywhere on the web at anytime.

1. To start, you need to have your Bookmarks Toolbar visible.
If your Bookmarks Toolbar is already on, go to section 2.

To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar, goto your menu bar, click View --> Toolbars and make sure the Bookmarks Toobar item is checked.

2. Once you have the toolbbar turned on, right click on the toolbar and select New Folder.
Choose a name for your toolbar (Community, My Stats, Etc.)

3. Right click on your new folder and select New Bookmark. Name your bookmark (Halo 3 Forum, Group search, etc.) Then copy and paste the link address of the page you wish to bookmark into the location field.

Repeat step 2 and 3 for all the Folders and corresponding bookmarks.

You don't even need to put all the links in, only the ones YOU want.Image 5

You can add separators to the Bookmark Toolbar or any of the folders by right clicking either and selecting New Separator.

This can be used to divide up the standard bookmark links from your own custom ones.
Image 6

You can also make a folder for your own custom links to places that aren't easily accessible from the basic bungie.net menu system. Image 7

Some people with more firefox exp. may be able to think of new ideas and ways to keep bungie with us all over the net.

I see you have plenty of time on your hands.
Pretty nice set up.
Too bad that can't be given to other users very easily.

I looked around for ways to save or upload the toolbar, but i couldn't find anything :(
It would have made life easier for many people.

It IS as bad as you think and they ARE out to get you.

At least this way it is completely customizable.

You missed the point like Vader missed the banshee, your whole argument is covered in bees.
Stop sending me group invites -blam!-s!

Not a bad concept, I think the mods could benefit from this. Too bad I like all my toolbar links where they are, I don't want them replaced by links on Bnet.

Originally i wanted it to be a separate tool bar, but I don't have the time to code a plug in.

This is really nice. Is the background color part of the add on or just the links?
