It's just your card dude... It's not very good. Try running at the LOWEST resolution and turn everything off.

It will help a bit, and it might tide you over until you can lay your hands on another. Sorry...

Heyyo,

Scroll down, and get that super skins mod. (Something to add to your site maybe muff? I think it's a great mod for those lower-end computer users..)

Have you turned up the graphics details? Cause I got a Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4200 with 64MB onboard RAM and 512MB system RAM, a 2.4 P4 processor (not HT), at 800x600 resolution I can crank every graphics thingy up to max and it runs well on Easy and Normal, but higher I run into probs cause of all the added weapons fire etc. But with everything cranked up to max, it looks awsome, couldn't ask for better from my poor 4 year old Dell....gota upgrade.....

Well, not to be mean, but 64MB cards kind of suck :(

To give you an idea, my card right now is 128 MB and can run Halo with the settings on a tad below high until I get to major fight scenes - then it slows down. If you want high quality graphics, you need at least a radeon 9600 or better. That gives you specular (shiny) as well as stuff like bump-mapping and higher resolutions.
