I'd like the destruction of the covenant as an ending personally BUT i think the war will end with negotiation and peace as its the more likely ending and option for an end to the war.
Actually i'd like the covenant to win and burn earth into a cinder but thats just covie lovin me

They would not BURN EARTHINTO A CINDER, they would GLASS THE PLANET, like they do to every other planet they come across, if u read the the books, u would no....hehehe!

Making peace would be quite interesting but come on.. as if the covenant would do that.

Glass the planet?
Fill me in on this please.

glassing is when they plasma bombard a planet from orbit with there ships. it gets so hot and scored with plasma it is completely devoid of life. for example harvest was like a rock after the covenant won the battle there

by the way i have read the books and i just meant burning into a cinder as an analogy of glassing. sometimes areas get that hot they go/look like glass, hence the name
