Why would you want to do that anyway? I don't get it. Do you want to use the Xbox and PC at the same time to play Halo? If that's the case, that's impossible (and doesn't even make sense).
The only other reasonable explanation would be that you want to use your PC to trick your Xbox and make it think it's another Xbox? I'm sure that's possible, but why would you want to do that? Doesn't seem applicable for your situation. Though, you could trick your Xbox in to thinking that your PC is another Xbox via a program called Xbox Connect (or XBC, for short). But all it does is let you play over the Internet, and trick your Xbox in to thinking you're playing system-link, when really, it's exchanging data over the Internet with other clients of the program.
That's as close as I can get. If I'm not getting it, can you describe in deeper detail of what you're trying to accomplish here?
EDIT 1.1: It appears as if I should've read-in to this a little more. Oh well. But there is currently no applicable way to have an Xbox and a PC talk with eachother and be able to play Halo together. Halo PC, and Halo for the Xbox are built differently, and there's just a whole myriad of reasons why it's both impossible to do that.
You're out of luck. Sorry. I'd suggest getting another Xbox/TV, and playing system-link in your house.
