Shadow_WarriorX didnt understand my point about the AR being the most common piece of artilery for the Marines on the Halo ring and then returning to earth to not find one in sight (Halo 2). That has nothing to do with upgraded banshees and ghosts and an added race to the covenant (which could definately be achieved with the advanced technology of the covenant, and they could have saved they're brutes for the attack of earth. A peice of weaponry is totally different and my point made complete sense. Also, I never said "they could just replace a whole gun in a few months". That is also possible, I'm sure the whole UNMC have more guns (my father was US Air Force for 20 years, I've seen alot myself) than we can count. I know I'm talking a bit "too realistic" and its just a video game, but what I'm saying is that for the whole Halo war, just about every soildier who participated used the AR and there where hundreds layin around. Now all of a sudden, when we drop back to our home planet, there's none to be seen (Unless the AR was produced on the Halo ring). I know I'm getting too technical here, but it was a very small point I made earlier when discussing the importance and significance of the AR in the Halo games, but the other guy tried to contest it for some reason. I made perfect sense and I'm confident about that. I know I probably went too in depth and its just a game and all, but it was just a small fact to attribute to the importance of possibly bringing the AR back. I just dont want all of you opposing it to be choking on your words and realise after teh 5th level of Halo 2 to be saying, "I miss the AR right about now". But then again, I could just be panicking because I want this game to be the best and I love guns. I dont just want the old to be replaced with the new cause I'm sick of looking at the old. I'm not a kid, I'm a grown man at 25 and I'm definately not a computer geek. I'm a popular guy with lots of interests, basketball, rapping and videogames, so I really do appreciate creativity as I am a perfectionist. All I'm saying is, if somebody wants to say something, they should really sit back and think about what they're saying and be able to justify it because other people are involved and we should all listen to eachother's thoughts intelligently.
