How exactly are the rating distriputed? I am asking because I was an active member before ratings were created and I haven't made a post since, and now I'm heroic... Are they made by post count, join date, that kind of thing, or what?

Thanks in advance.

Sadly the exact criteria is unknown. It is supposably automated so some factors such as post quality would be impossible to detect. We can assume that post quantity in percentage to blacklistings and the time you have been here along with the severity of bans you have recieved (if any) are the main factors that influence your title.

I hope this helped ;-)

Thank you, but I already read that, but it didn't give any criteria as to how your rating is made. If anyone has any idea, *hopes for a ninja XD* please let me know.

Well, they won't tell you the exact specifics. It is believed, though, that join date is extremely important, and blacklistings will move you lower.

I don't know if this helps you as well, but in a pm to Achronos, in which I asked him for specific reason why others who have been here less time then you, but have a highier rating is due to; he replayed with this "It is easier to be a "good user" with less history than keep it up for more than year."

Otherwise I agree with BL4H00G4N4, I really don't think anyone else knows, and thats how Achronos wants it.

Hello.

If Achronos revealed the exact manner in which people advance in ranks some people would attempt to exploit it as they would know the procedures needed to be undertaken in order to do so. It's better this way in my opinion.

I wouldnt worry about that, I thinkthere is still a glitch in the system. But I am sure the bugs arebeing hunted with rather large shoes and rolled up newspapers so everything willget back on track.
