Is there any way to make the left thumbstick 'proportional' ? I have the latest drivers etc but the L/H thumbstick either moves the character at full speed or not at all, ie- I cant just move it a tiny bit and move slowly. Crazy because the R\H one works fine !

Anybody know a solution that doesn't involve buying another controller? Or am I dumb and I've missed something obvious?

That's strange smithy, as my one works fine.

Hey Sik :-)

Bugger... just me then. I am using XP Home SP2 with driver vers 2.1.0.1101 , but I just can't get it to work properly :-(

Hmm, maybe my previous USB controller drivers are conflicting somehow ? I had a 'PC Line' (PC World own brand) 14 button USB controller before I tried the 360 one, and that works fine... (apart from being a sloppy pos that is..)strange?

Ho Hum, back to the drawing board.

Halo PC originally uses a Mouse and Keyboard, so it's move or not move at all, but in the campaign, you can get it to move slow, full, or stopped.( Except the third person animations are ugly >:(. ) But, if you want dead zone, I use Pinnacle.

I just bought Halo PC and I was looking for an answer to this. That's disappointing, but I definitely need some dead zone settings.

Pinnacle will set dead zone and sensitivity. Just remember, if you do, never set the triggers to shoot, they'll get delayed some times, making it very frustrating.
