Strange evolution how people have come to believe
That we are it's greatest achievement
We're barely, we're just a collection of cells
Overrating themselves

As far as I know, you just have to retreive your gamertag from Xbox Live on whatever box you happen to be playing on.

I could be wrong.

At the same time?.........no, only one GT can be logged into live at the same time. But you can save your account onto a memory card and use that on another box.

yes, you can just remove your hard drive and attach it to your friend's 360, that works too.

I really recommend Weggie's idea of keeping your gamertag on a MU (memory unit). This will allow you to "unplug and go" and take not only your gamertag, but your profiles, saved games, some files, whatever you want, with you where ever you go.

Far more reliable than account recovery as a migration tool.

For the record, I know of at least 7 people who do this (including me). Sure beats toting your HDD around!

Yep. Halo night is now 4 guys, and 3 memory cards. One of us has to load their GT onto the HDD for the evening, but it only takes a second. OH!! Be sure you lable your MU clearly.
