Heyyo,

Get a program called PPF-o-matic: http://halo2.filefront.com/file/PPFOMatic;24225

I'm pretty sure that's what you'd need to imput custom skins n' stuff into your maps (yes, you'd have to do it per map). ;)

ok, this is not a .ppf. it's a .dds, which wil require HMT(Halo Map Tools)
i'm not sure how to import it, but i'll look it up
ohh, yeah...HMT

ok, i got it. first unzip the .dds files. both are kinda wieard, so you have to make sure the file says .dds.dds at the end.
d/l HMT, uzip it, and open it.
open the map you want to edit in hmt, and then find and expand the subcatogorie labled '[bitm] Bitmap'
scroll down to vehicals and then it depends which mod your instaling.
tank treads: go to vehicals\scorpion\bitmaps\scorpion_treads
click on it, and the right side of your screen should change. there should be a button labled 'inject texture,' click it.
find the .dds file, click 'open, and your done.
for the banshee file, do the exact same thin, except the bitmap you want is banshee\bitmaps\banshee
enjoy your skins
