I already have my xbox live account registered and crap like that but I can't seem to find anybody to play with. Either the system is made of crap or I am doing something wrong. I would like some help and advice if you have it. Plus I would like to know the names of the people who play halo online. ( Your S/Ns for halo 2 I mean.) Somebody help me! My head is about to pop over this.

this is how you do it step by step!

step 1: turn on your xbox
step 2: insert halo2 disk
step 3: log onto xbox live
step 4: select xbox live in the meny
step 5: chose matchmaking
step 6: chose what you want to play
step 7: wait a while
step 8: you should now be playing halo2 over live

Play matchmaking...Or, join a group, and they'll let you in one of their clans.

LINKIFICATION

Down at the bottom.

From The Xbox Live Providers Page:

Dial-up (for example, 56K), ISDN, and satellite Internet services are not supported.

Sorry...I'm surprised you were able to connect with a Satellite Connection.

Just a second ago I just played a game of halo even though it took about 10 minutes to start. So are you sure that Sat connections aren't supported?

Very sure. It should never take more than thirty seconds.
