I'm organizing a 100+ player Halo tournament and need some ideas for different multiplayer games to play. Obviously BG CTF is awesome, but I'm looking for some new ideas. The teams will be split up into 4 player groups, pretty evenly matched by a draft, and we're going to do the tournament double-elimination bracket style. I was just wondering if any of you had some ideas on different multiplayer games we could play.

I would probably be more effective at helping if you could explain the double elimination bracket thingy. some good chaotic games are krazy KotH which is close range weapons or normal moving koth and chillout. Team oddball in hang em or dammy, slayer in dammy, hang em , and chillout, ctf in bg, bc, and sidewinder. Single flag ctf is pretty fun. Just be creative, but don't be creatively stupid like shotguns only everyone invisible boarding action. Mix it up a bit with a single flag ctf game or a slayer game.

Slayer (Team) 4 vs 4 matches:

Health Settings: No Shields, 50% Health
Player Settings: Instant (15 Second Suicide Penalty)
Weapon Settings: Rockets Only (Infinate Grenades)
Extras: No Motion Tracker, Friend Indicators Off
Note: 50 Kills still makes a really quick game

CTF 4 vs 4 matches:

Health Settings: Normal
Player Settings: 5 Second Respawn (no growth), 'Quick and the Dead'
Weapon Settings: Normal (Custom)
Extras: No Motion Tracker, NAV Points On, Friend Indicators On
Note: 5-10 Captures gives a good lengthed game

Health Settings: Normal
Player Settings: 5 Second Respawn (no growth), 'Quick and the Dead'
Weapon Settings: No Snipers (Custom)

PS. I only know good games for Sidewinder, Hang 'Em High and Blood Gulch because it is what all my gaming buddies insist on playing on. If you have any gaming suggestions on other maps please private message me all the criteria
