Sorry, I wasn'ts sure if this was the right place to put this or not so please, bear with me :P

I recently changed my windows live ID for my xbox live account and now i can't log on bungie.net with my current gamertag linked to my account, because bungie.net saved my old windows live ID so I can log on my bungie.net account, but I can't link my gamertag with it.

I really want this fixed so i can download some maps and whatnot to my xbl account. If anyone knows how to fix this or who i can contact to get this fixed, thank you :)

If remember reading somewhere that you could just create a garbage .net passport, and tie the gamertag to it. Thus, "freeing" your good .net passport, and it should allow you to link your good gamertag to your good .net passport.

Problem is, that nobody seems to know how to do that. Xbox.com registration/gamertag linking is retarded..

It sounds like you have the login set to remember your login and password, so the old WLID is cookied on your browser. You can clear your cookies, close all browsers and open a new browser. Then try to login with the WLID you changed your XBL account to.

He's not a new mod, he just doesn't post as much as the others. This is his first post since the end of November.

That would make it a Bungie.net problem and therefore on topic. That, or we just witnessed a bit of Ninja Power.....Either option es no bueno.
