I had to read six pages of praising and criticizing, looking for a decent input towards this thread. ZOMG, an idea worth testing...
Flaws include:
Dispersion of the H3 community... another pointless playlist. why distract more people from the heroic DLC.
Ranked matches prove the laggity lag lag wins, if you can see 100% of the game, without people teleporting behind and assassinating you; eventually you will mot get turned off playing this unforgiving playlist, I have lost hope.
Not enough people will play it. why do i always play Lone wolves... no friends, of course not. I am always guaranteed a game and its a true form of skill (or lag)... if i do have a friend online, ranked doubles.
I live in Australia, and I receive laggy Asian gamers that i cannot communicate with (I even put in language filters to avoid them); let alone American and Euro gamers that kill the experience through lag.
Bonus include:
No more n00bs... enough said. put them in their place... like seriously i am average, and i pull +15 k/d spread on social BTB... and come 3rd in my team!!! WTF mate.
I did not mention BR because of its neutral-ness in this situation. Like it does give skilled gamers advantages and all. But where is the skill in trying to get this weapons, try and find the ultimate mid-range 3-round burst weapon... no, wait... press Y. Better still its my primary weapon press Y to get the AR.
Oh yeah... a MATCHMAKING BUNGIE FAVOURITE PLAYLIST (or Most Played/Popular) or something along those lines so that Custom Games are matchmake-able by randoms across the globe. I love playing games such as Grifball against casual gamers that i haven't met proper, its fun. And a Forge playlist would be awesome too, for Match-making. Replacing unused game list via, new popular ones.
I payed 16 odd dollars for a playlist no-one plays... wtf...'
Anyways here is my yarn, catch yas on H3.
