Internet Explorer 7

Firefox 3 Beta 2

My gamertag is correctly linked, I've not had any problem like this before.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

I would first like to say the Bungie.Net does not support Beta's, as far as I am aware of. The new site update may have changed that, but I do not know for sure. If what I suggest below does not work, I would suggest trying the non-beta version of Firefox.

Go here and select 'Clear Download Queue'. This should 'clean' the system. Then, delete all temporary internet files, and try again. This may do the trick.

I've not had issues like it before in Firefox 3 B2.

Internet Explorer 7 is not Beta.

I'll try clearning the files and qeue.

Edit: No luck. I'll try using another e-mail and alt XBL gamertag to see if it works.

Edit: I cleared all temporary/stored files and information in both IE and FF, resigned in, and tried to download a film from the Files Forums. Still no luck.

I tried it on this account, which is also linked properly, and the same thing happens.

Ah, I just tried this myself, and I am also getting the same message. I would suggest you report this bug to the sticky at the right labeled 'Forum Changes'.

There was a display bug that made the counts return 0. Although, it was still queuing correctly, you just couldn't tell. I believe it has been repaired already.
