Well, thats hard. Since than each thread would get reports and they both would be locked. I would leave it up to the mods to decide which one is more "mature" or whatevers...

Ehh, I used to have a sig, then I stopped posting here for a long time and it sorta outdated itself, so know I'm stuck with this till I actually start posting again and comeup with something interesting to say.

It depends on the forum and how long its been since the last thread. On the Halo 3 forum, I wouldn't bother reporting a thread even if there's three others like it on the front page, because they won't stay on the front page for long - usually, people will keep one of them afloat, and threads leave the fron page there after a couple of minutes without a reply. On other, slower forums like Community and Optimatch, I'll probably report repeat threads if someone makes a new one with another one (that isn't pointless, where people are actually making reasonable points, and not just "I hate Covies because I do" threads) on the front page.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

I will report it, but only if it fits some criteria of my own. Which would simply be:

*The thread was made in less than three days of the last one.
*If it is flame bate
*If they word what they say offensive
*Bash the previous thread

If a thread falls under most, if not all, of these; then I will report it.

Edit: I would also like to repeat that you should repeat anything you think disobeys the rules, and be sure you are able to have a reason as to why you reported the thread.

Exactly how I would do it. =D

I am a Floodian

For the most part, yes. Considering that a repeated thread is the definition of spam.
