Subject: halo 3 stats help

Recently I logged on to Bungie.net using my account "A CRAZi JEW" to check my halo 3 stats to find that it registers as if I have never played halo 3. I accessed this page about a month ago before I went on vacation and now it appears that all my records have been erased or the link is broken. I've tried playing halo again but my stats still do not appear. Please help.

I think it means that your Gamertag is offensive or something so it's not showing up.

I could be wrong though.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

Actually that may be true, either the filter or just someone decided that your tag was just offensive to them, you do kinda seem to be walking a thin line I suppose.

Anyway, you may have to change your gamertag before this problem is fixed.

Now carry on.

I have seen this too many times for it to be a coincidence.

Use of the term "jew" in a gamertag or Bungie account name appears to be a frequent cause of non-linkage or non-display of player data.

I can't say for certain, but I've seen this asked many times and more than half of them have those three letters in common in either their gamertag or their Bungie.Net account.

I have seen a several people who ask this question when they use -blam!- terms as there gamertag or bungie.net profile name. I agree with recon number 54

Is there a mention of the whole "crazy name = crazy stat behavior" anomaly in any of the stickies?

Given the fact that the stickies are the best kept secret on Bungie.net, this won't lower the amount of threads created on this topic, but at least it will give us somewhere to forward inquiries on the subject.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

You will need to pay 800 MS points to change the gamertag. Press the guide button the the Xbox360, the 'Account Information'(?), after this, there should be an option labeled 'Gamertag'. Select it and pay the 800 MS points to change your name. Your stats will not be erased, but they make take a day or so for the cache to be dumped and recognize that you have changed your gamertag.

I guess I'll change it but there should be some sort of warning before they do something like that. Btw I just did like 2 perfections in the past few days, do u think that theyll appear on my stats? or will it revert back to how it was before it got censored?
