I am a Floodian

It seems that one of the largest complaints about the Halo 3 forum is that topics are pushed to the second page so quickly that there is very little chance for someone to read your thread unless it is a hot button issue for the moment. Even then, it may get pushed to the second page by multiple other threads on the same topic.

So, why not increase the time limit for when someone can post in that forum. Change it from 30 seconds to 45 seconds or something along those lines.

I don't think the problem lies with each person reposting in that time, rather than the sheer number of people posting at that single time, causing threads to be pushed back.

It seems to me that posts being on the second page wouldn't be as big of a problem if people actually had the attention span to look at the second page.

Just a thought...

And the Shadow fell upon the Land, and the World was riven stone from stone. The oceans fled, and the mountains were swallowed up, and the nations were scattered to the eight corners of the World. The moon was blood, and the sun was as ashes. The seas boiled, and the living envied the dead. All was shattered, and all but memory lost, and one memory above all others, of him who brought the Shadow and the Breaking of the World. And him they named Dragon.

I'm tired of people complaining about other forums in this forum :(

But I don't like the idea. People can just browse the first to pages.

Why don't we just make the 10 main topics that everyone seems to complain about and then we'll just lock everything else? I think that'd work.

I like it.
Or you could ask Achronos to make a "Complaints Forum". Now that would do it!

Theres 25 threads now, plently of time for people to see it.

But ya we could just sticky 10 new threads and 95% of the threads in that forum would be covered
