I have the same problem, I bought new filters and that didn't help. I called India (tech support) and that got me nowhere.

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

What internet providers are you two using?

Hrm, sorry Panzer, but all I could really find for you is a link to At&t help. Link.

I'll continue digging, but so far I have found nothing.

Thanks Rokit, I always appreciate any bit of help. I'll try them again and maybe they can give me a solution. Maybe then we can get to the bottom of this.

Old school Bungie, born and raised,
In the Septagon is where I spend most of my days.
Relaxin', maxin', posting all cool,
Talking about Halo, life and some school.
Got in one little argument, and the mods got scared,
they said "You're gonna get banned and your member title'll be bare!"

This is what I found.

I went to Yahoo! Answers and a guy says he re-installed the At&t internet disc and says he didn't have the problem since. I hope this helps you out.

No problem. I would also listen to what Senor Adams and Prometheus has posted; if you can't come to any solution through AT&T.

Trailer Park Boys ~ One of the best Canadian made comedies ever.

I had this exact same problem in 2005 and the solution is really simple.

Contact your internet service provider (ISP). They will fix your problem. Their support is usually a lot more professional than Xbox Live.

Ok, listen. I have a problem with my connection. Everytime someone in my family places/recieves a telephone call on the landline, it automatically disconnects me from xbox live. I usually have to wait around 5 minutes untill i can sign back on. If anyone knows how to fix this problem and can tell me, I would really appreciate it. thanks.

Follow what people have said above. If nothing works for you, you have a ISP that is Incompatable with Xbox Live.

I would actually phone AT&T's customer support.

They can ask you more questions and offer "to dos" and see what works and what doesn't. It's a lot easier and will help them find a solution for you.
