"Bs: Blame stosh for all of your BS!"

Just a simple question that i have been wondering for a while: Are mods allowed to create normal topics(about Halo3 and that junk) or do they have to be the wiser folks and listen more than they speak?

Mods can post about whatever they want, I think they find it annoying that they never get honest opinions because most of the kissasses here would agree with everything they said. I'm not saying the mods have bad opinions, but when they express their opinions people instantly agree with them just because they are moderators.

Also believe it or not but a lot of Halo 3 forum goers think the mods work for Bungie, which they don't, so anything the mods post about Halo will be taken as truth.

The mods post now and again in The Septagon, The Underground and The Flood.

They are allowed to post topics, but when they do, people end up taking whatever they say as the official position of Bungie.

I blame stosh.

Proud tester of the Halo 3 beta.

I've seen a mod create a "normal" topic once or twice...Many people became confused why he made a non-sticky thread. Lol.

Yeah, i suppose that would happen. Mods are members just like us in reality, but people take them into something more. I think it's the golden text.lol.jk.

People with golden text actually do work for Bungie. The ones with salmon coloured text are the moderators.

More or less, they are human, but act like nothing we've encountered before....0_o
I wonder what Recon would have to say about this....

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

Yeah, I agree; it's hard for mods to get an unbiased opinion. Don't forget that some people automatically hate everything that the mods say and troll their posts to antagonize them. They are just as annoying as the suckups.

Maybe in the Twilight zone, or some parralel reality in which normalcy is an undefined enigmatic theory having no bearing on reality.

But even the flood has at least four topics more normal than that lol

Yes I wouldn't call Recon's cow thread or Achilles Kill a guy thread normal...

If thats normal, then I don't want to know what the abnormal would be.

  • 02.10.2008 10:54 AM PDT

Well, my intentions weren't showing if they can post a normal thread in the first place. I was just showing an example of a thread made by a moderator. And yes, that is a normal topic. It's pretty off topic and is in The Flood. It blends perfectly. =D That's what I define The Flood as.

You say tomato; I say potato.

I suppose that the moderators would have you believe that they hold themselves to a higher standard. Those tricksters don't know when to stop.
