I was thinking about an idea where in the odd chance that you're banned for whatever reason, and you decide to log back on to bungie for your groups/trolling, there is a notice beside your name (beside the sign out button) that you are currently banned, perhaps even a countdown timer to when your ban is up.

Also, say in the odd chance that you wonder where a specific user has been for the past little while, you could search for that user and it would have a notice in his/her profile whether they are banned or not (reason, of course, being anonymous).

Opinions, comments or further suggestions?

Have Recon and want to hang out with other people with it.
Then join :: We are RECON or W.A.R

Why give the people who are banned more stuff?Like the enjoyment of watching a countdown?

Thinking about an idea? =P

But yeah, I guess that'd be useful. I notice some people make replies/topics to see if they're unbanned. But methinks just going and checking your forum posts via Search would work out best.

I spend too much time here.. too much time indeed.

I tweet?

Why? If you've been banned/blacklisted for whatever reason take a moment to step outside, soak in some sun, and reflect on why you are now unable to use Bnet. Or are what you're telling me is that people have nothing better to do than log on and watch a countdown to their metaphorical release date as if it were a prison sentence?

I was blacklisted for 3 days (replying to spam), I used my time after a brief session of WTF to work on my rocket I had been neglecting. That thing isn't going to get to 6,000 feet on it's own.

When I actually do get blacklisted, I think of it as a "vacation" (as some mods refer to it =P) from BNet. I have an alt on here, but I choose not to use it, even to bypass muh blacklist. Really, three days is nothing. You're not missing anything by not being on forums.
