I wasn't objecting to the forum or what you're doing. I'm just saying, this isn't the right way to report glitches.
As for mods, they are normal members. They are only as capable at contacting Bungie as you are, although they might attract more attention.
Do you have a video of the game(s)? What you think is a glitch may be lag, it's hard to tell the difference sometimes. If you post a video of the effects (not how it's done) we may be able to help you ourselves.
Let the moderators and Bungie employees decide what is the correct way to report glitches. E-mail is old school I could wait for tons upon tons of days to receive a response. Such as a good example the constant flooding of the halo 3 forum with spam. The same could be said about the e-mail process they are flooded with spam messages they must filter before getting to my legit concern. I know how the site works I understand who is who no need to beat a dead horse anymore. I might or might not have a video of the games in any case it is a glitch and I will see that it is fixed. Sadly I have heard this song and dance before lag could explain some things but not everyone has latency issues some might have small spikes maybe. Furthermore you can not claim that the lag is the problem to all the glitches in this game. So please until such time that you can prove lag is the problem to all glitches in this game try not to treat it as a scapegoat. A video will not be rendered into the public so people can glitch the game. There is no need for anyone besides a Bungie employee to see the cause or effect of the problem as they will have to fix it. It will be sent to the correct parties and I will let them decide if it is lag to them or not. If it is lag which nothing is impossible but I will say that with 95% certainty 2 of them aren't the other could be lag but I will let the correct people make that decision. I thank you for your willingness to help and happy gaming to you.
