the thread is locked and all users in the thread are banned.

Believe me, I don't need an alt account to achieve that.

So now I'm a beta tester. Let's see where this goes.

I don't like the idea but if the mods were to do something like this they might as well just ban everyone that posts in the Halo 3 Forum. *facepalm*

Edit: Yes that was just a joke. I don't know why but for some reason I feel really paranoid right now.

I just hate this idea and the moderators don't need to make alt accounts and set spam traps to catch people posting spam. It happens everyday regardless. We should try to educate other forum members from making simple mistakes like posting spam. Overall bad idea.

Obvious trolling is hilarious.
Agreed. At least this time, this alt account's owner started a new thread. It is quite annoying when a real discussion is hijacked.

Owners of the Katana: A place for those who have a Katana or over 1000GS in Halo 3.

Somewhere out there... in an alternate reality... Marty decided to stay in the ad jingle business, bringing about an age of amazingly orchestrated Pampers commercials.

So you're saying mods should make spam threads and ban the people in it?
No because:
If a mod made a spam thread he would be breaking of the rules and wasting forum space.

And a mod's job isn't to ban people, it's to ban people not following the rules.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Another one of these eh?

No. You know why this would never work. My hypocrisy only goes so far.
