Five Tenets of Bungie.net Forum Life:
1. Trolls will always be well fed.
2. Blame-ability thy name is stosh.
3. Bungie has no control over retail prices.
4. Watch out for low-flying defense drones.
5. Seven is not optional, but rather, an inevitability.

actually yes thats a big part but people say yeah we dont need 10 year olds here or your opinion does not matter becuase of your age that is what makes me mad

Posted by: Atsumi
... Im 15 too. I dont think the actual age has to do with whether your made fun of or not. I think it's the level of maturity.

As a person who is beyond the age of 16 I can honestly say I had no right to have a very strong opinion about many subjects when I was that age. Yes, age and Maturity play a role in your ability to communicate on these forums. If you get shot down on a certain subject because of your age, it could very well be that you really have no idea what you are talking about. As someone else stated above, there are exceptions to every rule. Personally if I was a parent I would never let my 10 year old child into internet chat rooms or forums, too dangerous of a place, and at that age the child does not have enough experiance in life to handle it properly. I know this sounds like something your parent might say, but once you have grown up some more, you wil realize just how little you knew about life when you were a teenager. Now I am only 26, but I learn something new everyday, and realize I have a lot more to learn. A lot.

It's scary, because after I hit 18 and got that coppery taste of the real world in my mouth, my parents and most everything they did that I disagreed with started to make sense.

How much knowledge of the real world do you need to participate in a video game forum?

This might just be the lack of real-world knowledge talking . . .

good point, but i am talking about the discussions that are non-halo related that you find here in the flood, i don't really frequent the other forums.
