A tosser is the same as a wanker. To toss oneself off is to fondle the trouser weasel.

I've been using it on my laptop and it feels good, maybe because I got used to play Halo with a controller.

I wonder, is there a way to assign a single button to multiple tasks? i.e. I want to use X to reload and as an action button but the game won't let me do it.

Since this is only a day old, and has no responses, I will answer your question. Yes, action is the following : reload, drive a vehicle, enable, and it's basically E. Although E/X is the only one that can multi task.

Stupid parents let their stupid children play games that are rated M when they should be playing Big Birds Spelling Adventures

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

You can't map a button to a key in the game, so the answer is no.

I have the same problem. What I do is map the D-pad directions to things like entering/exiting a vehicle, flashlight, et cetera.

I meant only the action button can multi task. I get into confusion sometimes.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

If you set no button to Reload and set your X button to Action, your X button will also allow you to reload when there's nothing to interact with nearby, emulating the Xbox versions X-button behavior.

Yes, Action is context sensitive, so set X to Action and you should be good to go.

Yeah unbind the buttons for reload, swap guns, enter/ exit vehicles, etc and simply bind the "action" key to X and it will work exactly like it does on the Xbox.

How did you connect it? Are you using a wireless controller?

The one thing i dislike about using 360 controllers with Halo CE is the no deadzone with the control sticks; it makes the controller useless. (the deadzone is how much your control stick can be out of the centre before it registers movement; no deadzone means the slightest change in the control stick causes movement. IE. turning your controller on its side will cause movement, etc).

Is there a fix for this?

I use the wirless receiver.

OP, there's a certain action you can assign to a button that acts as the weapon pickup, and action button. Not sure about reloading though.
