"Inveniam Viam Aut Facium" _~

if ( !now ){ when(); }

In the terms of use it states....

All contents of the Bungie Web Sites are: Copyright © Microsoft Corporation and/or its suppliers, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052-6399 U.S.A. All rights reserved.

Or is Microsoft just your content watch dog?

That's from 06. On the bottom left it says:

Over at HFCS we're constantly hard...

Wait...
What?

I think MS still owns many aspects of Bnet, including the domain name.

I thought Bungie was now independent of Microsoft?

Domain is registered with M$, but I don't know if they own it. Bungie certainly run the site, as they always have, but there must be some moderation or something from M$ to use the microsoft passport (or whatever hip new lingo they use now) log in.

You'd have to ask achronos.

I'm pretty sure that's correct -- at least to the extent that it means that Bungie owns all of the content itself. I suppose the real question is whether the OP is talking about who owns the domain name and rights to use the site (the answer to which I have no idea) or who owns the site's content.

I'll be on my own side.

Bungie is paying for hosting I think. It's one of the reasons Sketch was asking us about ads on the site, to help pay for bandwidth.
