FYI - 2 more themes were added recently - "Forerunner" and "Oni", both created by Bungie.net member Akba. As usual, they can be selected in the "Group Settings" page of your group.

Also, we've made some minor tweaks to existing themes to make them cooler - the Myth theme now uses the actual navigation bar from the Myth game pages, making things look much cooler. The H2Mullins theme shares the Halo 2 nav bar elements and Terminal uses the Marathon pieces.

Remember, when you create your theme, you can choose to use any of these existing navbars if they work better with your design. We should also have some more options available in the near future like a plain dark nav bar, etc.. AGDTinMan is working on that.

You can find out how to create an submit themes by checking out the theme builder page over on the 7th Column home page - and there's also a guide posted in this very forum.

Thanks to everyone who's submitting themes, keep 'em coming! (and remember, if your theme gets used, you're entitled to use a custom avatar here on Bnet)

Oh, I like Forerunner a lot.

Any word on when the custom avatars will be activated?

I don't see the new Myth navigation bars...then again, it took a day or so for me to see the new buttons.

Yes, Recon is correct. Most of the site gets cached locally on your machine so you won't see some of these graphic changes until your cache expires or you manually refresh it. Hitting CTRL-F5 will do that.

The Forerunner one is amazingly awesome, but I'm having trouble deciding on the Xbox theme or the Forerunner... I guess I'll start a poll in my group...

A month in the septagon, isn't a month in Zanzibar.

Does anyone actually bother to bookmark posts? I'm always far too lazy to bother with that. Even if it is a post I like.

A month in the Septagon is like... a day in Zanzibar, true; perhaps just a few hours even. But still! It's the principle of the matter! :D

Yes, some of us do. Only if you really care what other people have to say about your post though.
