Taxes do nothing to affect the share of wealth, since taxes are only applied to income.

So that's not even a part of the conversation at all, so it's pointless talking about it....

"for a "best" moral to exist, there must exist the "best" moral base. If the base of morality varies from location to location, culture to culture...then there can't be an absolute moral..

wow. i just realized that there are over 8,300 PAGES of screenshots. simply amazing. i knew that bungie did something amazing by allowing us to take pictures (from all angles) and to save films (from all angles), but i had no idea how strongly this has affected us. i wonder how many screenshots and films have been saved.

how important are films and pics to you? i do not use them much, but when i do, i love it. i save a few clips of high quality plays from either myself or friends, but blooper reals are my favorite. seeing me accidentally stick my own teammate never gets old, and watching my friends play like boobs is a freaking riot.

thank you, bungie, for coming up with this incredibly awesome feature.

It's probably the best new feature implemented. As much as I love forge, I haven't seen as much great content come out of it. In the future I'm hoping my outlook will gear more towards the creative potential of forge but for now I'm content with great pictures.

Did he just say "grunt rebellion?!" What? Fish? a barrel you say? Well that's not very sporting... oooooooohhh...

I love pictures and videos. Throwing in this feature allows me to easily make screenshots my wallpaper at work, show videos to my friends, and generally add replay value to an already amazing game. I can see why more developers haven't tried to implement a similar feature because I imagine it's an incredible undertaking, but it's impact really is huge. I love walking around at work and seeing other people's wallpapers are screenshots from games they've played or levels they've built.

Extremely. It's probably one of the coolest features in the game. Being able to go back and watch an amazing kill over and over is fantastic. It prevents situations where you tell the story of the kill and no one believes you. You can just shoot back with "No, it's in my file share!"

Plus, for those artsy types, there's always screenshots to be taken.

Saved films and pictures are very important to me. That and forge are what make this game unique.

We’ve watched while the stars burned
Out, and creation played in reverse.
The Universe freezing in half-light.
Once I thought to escape.
To end a master, step out of the
Path of collapse. Escape would make us God.
Yet I cannot help but remember one enigma,
A hybrid, elusive destroyer.
This is the one mystery I have not solved.
The only element unaccounted for.

Thank you Bungie, for freezing and dropping my post.

They'd be more important to me if there was a file converter to useful formats for montages and the like. Seriously, Bungie was owned by Microsoft when they were making Halo 3, wouldn't it have been in Microsoft's best interest to include a .wmv file converter to promote their own file format?

Films mean nothing to me, I'm to lazy to actually download one. I guess I expect to see it on youtube or geevee.

Screen shots are awesome on the contrary.

exactly. it is amazing to me how rich the benefits of these features are. we are hugely lucky that bungie pulled this off.

i have started to use the feature more since i got an hdtv. looking at just about anything from the campaign looks awesome, and it is loads of fun to detach the camera and explore different parts of maps or to look at moving objects from a different perspective. the flexibility that we have is unbelievable.

Umm depends on how you define Importance but personally i love the feature.
Theatre rules (no youtube stuff) in H3.
Plus you can use the screenshots to even make a comic.
There was a post by one of the employees somewhere (i can't find it)
how he made a short 4 or 8 pic comic page using photoshop.

Anyone but Foman. He smells like cheese.

By far the best new feature of the Halo games :-)

It, and forge, makes making machinima much easier. (holy alliteration)

This lets me use machinima as the film style for things such as school projects. This is convenient because I can have film effects that I'm not able to achieve in real life (Sadly, I can't shoot my friends with a tank without severe consequences).

Well Enough Alone...

~"The people who play Bungie games tend to sense that there's something behind the games that's attractive to them. Then they become fans of the games. And then they become rabid fans. And then they become employees of Bungie."(Life story) -Marty

I like pictures. I suck at drawing , so this is presently the best way to make any kind of visual art. I use screanshots alot. I make them epic. Films, not so much, although they are good for finding out how to do glitches or find easter eggs.

I'm a serious dude, so what?

i really enjoy toying with the in-game camera. Halo 3 has some AMAZING lighting effects, and I'm glad that Bungie.net has enabled us to share our trophies. I've got some pretty neat pix in my archives, and I've posted some of them.

invaluable,
