Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time
That's a great FAQ Yoozel, good job. My only request, is to change one thing. Now, part of it says this:
How do I change my avatar?
To change you avatar, go to your profile page, click the edit profile button located under your personal banner. The first page that will load is the avatar page, sift through until you find a suitable avatar, select it and remember to save your settings!
* Can I use a custom avatar?
Only Bungie employees and Bungie.net staff members are permitted to use custom avatars.
* Why not? Other sites let their users upload their own avatars.
We are not allowing custom avatars because inevitably it creates too many problems. Like it or not, plenty of people will upload things that are obscene, offensive and in violation of our code of conduct. We would then have to constantly police all of these files and spend all of our time making sure nobody was doing anything wrong. There's also the risk that certain files could break the site or cause unexpected behavior.
We will, however, let you guys create and submit avatars which could potentially be added to the existing library if they meet the criteria. These will become public domain, which means anyone can use them, they will not be personal.
* Cool, so what is the criteria for new avatars and how do I get them to Bungie?
If you want to create an avatar for Bungie.net, you should make an image file that is 90 pixels by 90 pixels and no more than 20 KB in size. The image should obviously fit our site – i.e. Bungie related in one way or another. We will review and if we like it, we will add it to our library. Naturally we are trying to maintain quality standards for the site.
When your file is ready, you can send it to 7themes@bungie.com and we'll check it out. Please be patient, don't expect it to show up on our site immediately.
* How can I make my player model my avatar?
If you'd rather use your Halo 2/3 Emblem or your Halo 3 Model simply return to the avatars page via editing your profile and select the feature you wish to use. Don't forget to save your settings!
Once I've made my Bungie.net Profile and linked my Gamertag, is there any way to change my display name or change the Gamertag I currently have linked to my account?
Unfortunately Bungie.net does not allow users to change their display name, once you've created it you're stuck with it.
If you would like to associate your Bungie.net account with a different Gamertag you can find out how to here.
I've been playing online and seeing people with a cool symbol next to their name, how do I get one?
If you'd like to display the Bungie.net Logo next to your name in Halo 2 or Halo 3 simply go to your profile, then to edit profile and then to Profile Information tab. From there you can select to Customize Halo 2 or 3, don't forget to save your settings or else it will your profile will not update.

I mainly say this, because you are introducing linking the gamertag before the explanation; which may very well cause confusion. So, switching these two sections would eliminate any issue someone may have; not to mention it just seems weird reading it the other way. Other than this, some type of spacer would be nice. Other than these two thing, I think it's great; very informative.
