Kudos to Daddy Parslow for sticking up for my boy Wells and the true, but few others I’ve noticed also with valid points in here, gamers out there who appreciate what a game should be and how it plays from the very start.
And everything that I would want to explain about this update and the game-play aspect previous to, Parslow hit every single detailed aspect that is the difference between you winning and losing in this game...so i'm just gonna qoute that...give it a read if you haven't already, i should post it 1000 times!!

As it took me a long time to get good at it as a defense when I was about to die. This new system takes that away from a player like myself I can no longer survive by jumping over and doing a melee faster than my opponent is expecting it, or side dodging and pulling one off as they turn because the window of opportunity is there for them to retaliate and I die a lot due to this I have also seen many a teammate about to die and even with low shields I have been able to melee to save them. My thought is this if I can do 70 pts of damage with a melee and my opponent has 69 hit points and I have 1 hit point, why am I not rewarded for being faster. Now that ever eluding hit point system and life regenerating system and how much time it takes has resulted in multiple dual deaths and me dropping dead while someone does a melee to the side of me just because the program is there for the push of the button within that time frame. Sorry but as someone who really never cared what my rank was and doesn't veto any map I enjoy them all, along with all the weapons on them making for wonderful surprises both ways. People get used to the way a game is played and then once they do and trust me I have died more times by someone else being faster in melee, it just took so long to learn. Now I die to things that don't make sense. What this means is the long range sniper is going to do well as they don't care to melee, the grenade will be used a lot more because who will want to get close and as for shotty. Well imagine being me and the shot gun is in hand as someone charges you with an assault rifle shooting you rush, fire and melee start to back up as he should be dropping and suddenly lunges with a melee and you both fall dead. Why should this happen well according to you because of this 3 milisecond thing, I don't know the last time I did anything by the milisecond. What I am trying to say is yes the guy on a rant should not go off about everything but address what is really bothering him and you need to let us have our opinions because what has happened is wrong. You can't force everyone to learn to play based on one style and then just arbitrarily change it due to a few complaints. A game is what it is, now due to this patch I have no option and will be forced to play this new way is that really fair after I bought the game for what it was, When I learned to play the old way after much struggle and death. I guess because there will always be yes-men like yourself who prefer to be a follower not a leader than I guess yeah we will all have to learn to get used to being used for dollars and then tossed away as soon as we show any dissatisfaction. I hope they make a lot of new money by saying Halo is fixed, this marketing tool will make more people buy, that haven't already just to see if they stand a chance instead of learning like the rest of us. Sorry but that is how I feel and good luck major, ripping into higher ranked players is just proof that you really needed an advantage to beat them. Ok I lied it is long winded.”
