Well let me try to explain. hmm
Bato from Ghost in Shell Stand Alone Complex for example before joining Section 9 was a US Ranger, and has that silent premise about him, Bato was also given drugs, tested on to become sort of a super soldier like Master Chief, but unlike Master Chief who was made to save lives (I think in the book it explains how this new type of soldier could replace regular marines), Bato in the past was enhanced to kill lives for the corrupt government.

If you refer back early in Halo The Fall of Reach, John (Master Chief) and his squad were ordered to kidnap this traitor on a barracks on this colony, but was ordered to bomb the place, killing hundreds of innocent people. You see, John had to follow orders to kill innocent people just like Bato from Ghost in the Shell.

They both share burden and regret.

Yeah this was a hard choice heh, and to tell you the truth no dbz character is like Master Chief.

But I came to this conclusion.
Piccolo is green. End of story.....
j/k lol

Piccolo is a person that would single handedly defend Earth just like Master Chief, but you could say that with any dbz fighter.

Like Master Chief, Piccolo sorta like the silent type, he won't blabber and blabber. He gets the job done, I guess Piccolo's personality just reminds me of the Chief.

Piccolo is also a master tactician in fighting, like a leader if he needs to be like Master Chief. He's also very militaristic and disaplined.
