Touching but i know i am about to say something that may or may not have a effect on everyone including me.

It is touching but it is a little bit overkill.

And if I have offended anyone I am truly sorry.

That was an awesome story. Really touching.

I wonder how he's doing...

The Joyeuse IP Formula

That Mister Chief picture Frankie drew was auctioned off and the money was donated to his foundation.
It was over $6,000+!

Trying something once will increace your chances of success, because you tried it. Try someting twice, and your chances increase yet again - seeing as you've done it. Try something a few thousand times, and your chances of success is exponentially increased; this increase would likely provide success every time

I hate to say it, but he lost the fight in '03. The foundation still lives on to continue funding. The site can be found here. From what I know, he was a great guy.

Oh wow. I didn't even make the connection that the Brian in the story was the same guy that the foundation was named after.

A tosser is the same as a wanker. To toss oneself off is to fondle the trouser weasel.

Taxes do nothing to affect the share of wealth, since taxes are only applied to income.

So that's not even a part of the conversation at all, so it's pointless talking about it....

"for a "best" moral to exist, there must exist the "best" moral base. If the base of morality varies from location to location, culture to culture...then there can't be an absolute moral..

thanks for passing along details of this story. it is a testament to how freaking awesome bungie's games are that a person in brian's state would pick meeting them as his ultimate wish. and, it sounds like loads of the folks at bungie went out of their way to make this young man as happy as possible.

this is an awesome story in every way.

As someone who recently had 4 people in my life afflicted with cancer. I can only sympathize with what that family went through and continues to go through. I applaud the work of organizations like make a wish and people that make those wishes possible, like Bungie. It gives people with life threatening illnesses to do things and meet people they never thought possible. Hope and joy are almost as important as the medical part of the treatment. Make a Wish FTW!!!

Well at least they achieved something with their life. They helped to found a growing foundation which will help many others. Perhaps they achieved more with their 19 years than many do in 70 so for that I congratulate them.

Touching story.
